I think this was overall a great exercise, because everyone had the opportunity to create an exercise which they thought was relevant. There were some complains on the earlier assignments and by doing it this way instead, we got huge influence on these three assignments.
When I designed my assignment I wanted it to be an exercise which you might have usage of later on. I looked in the book Academic Writing and found a chapter which described how to write a letter of application. All of us will probably write a letter like this in Swedish sometime and I am sure that it is not impossible that someone in our class will write a letter of application in English to, so I thought this was a good practice for that.
When I picked which assignment I should do, I picked one that I thought was fun and not too hard to do. I think it is easier to write about something that is inspiring.
Sadly enough nobody picked the assignment that I designed. Maybe my classmates found it boring or too difficult. However, due to that I have not been able to do any comments or reflect about the respond to my exercise.
